At Supreme Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all standard items. Please ensure products are returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the furniture items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and pack it back into its original shipping box with all hardware and assembly manuals included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, use our online portal to schedule a professional freight pickup, or for smaller accessories, print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
